If you have not logged in before, you will be asked to enter your contact information. Once completed or if you already have an ILL account, you will be transferred to the ILLiad Main Menu.
Your request will automatically populate if you initiated it from RitzDiscovery. Otherwise, select New Request --> Book or New Request --> Article, and enter all required information.

Article requests are typically filled within 48 business hours.
You can log into Interlibrary Loan (ILLiad) at any time to check on the status of your request.
What is Resource Sharing?
Resource Sharing allows the borrowing and lending of books and articles within the SUNY network. If an item is unavailable through SUNY, an Interlibrary loan request is generated.
What is Interlibrary loan?
Interlibrary loan allows for participating libraries to lend and borrow materials. If a book or article is not owned by our library, it may be available from another library through Interlibrary loan. We cannot guarantee that the item you request will be available from another library.
