Day Care Resources

Louis Greenspan Daycare Center at DCC
Facility available for 18 month-olds to 5 years for children of faculty, staff and students working at or attending DCC.
Child Care of Dutchess and Putnam Counties
The Child Care Council of Dutchess and Putnam, Inc. works to promote affordable and quality child care, provide information and support to families, and strengthen the early childhood workforce in Dutchess and Putnam Counties.
NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance - Child care
Child care subsidies are provided by social services districts to enable a parent or caretaker to work or engage in other approved activities. Child care subsidies help parents/caretakers to pay some or all of the cost of child care services. Social services districts can pay the cost of care up to the market rate.

Women's Virtual Resource Center at Dutchess Community College

Provided by the Association of Women at Dutchess Community College (AWDCC), the Virtual Women’s Resource Center is a compilation of various services and information related to women’s issues, created in support of the association’s mission and purpose, including the following ideals:

To promote social interaction among women at Dutchess Community College.
To create a forum for discussion of issues pertaining to women at DCC.
To encourage educational program development for women at DCC.
To support women in leadership roles.
To promote and offer local and state workshops for women at DCC.
To disseminate information on courses, programs and services for professional women.
To actively participate in community service activities.
To create and distribute scholarships for female DCC students.

AWDCC membership is open to any person employed by or enrolled at DCC or who supports the mission and purpose of the association. For additional information, email AWDCC@sunydutchess.edu.
