The pages of this guide are filled with ideas faculty can use to teach information literacy skills to their students. Each tab contains activities, discussion prompts, and resources corresponding to the main concepts comprising the information literacy standards in ISLO 5.
While these ideas can stand alone, you may find it helpful to utilize supporting materials from Credo Core (formerly Credo Instruct Modules): teaching guides, short videos, self-paced tutorials, and quizzes. We have provided links to Credo Core's teaching guides on these pages. For more information on Credo Core, read our faculty guide, and then explore the set of assets which can be embedded in Brightspace individually or as a full course (with help from a librarian if needed).
